David C. Blair, President

David C. Blair is the President and founder of Brantas. He has thirty years of independent success in the executive search field from which he conceived, researched and developed the current product. Dave has co-developed psychometric tools used in the personal assessment market. He is regarded by Myers-Briggs professionals and his clients as an expert in the application of psychometric tools to team building and leadership development in the business environment.

Dave was also involved in the world of media broadcasting as President of Special Events Television responsible for the “Original Six” Oldtimer games and the creation and launch of the Don Cherry’s “Grapevine” show.

Russ Blair, Chief Information Officer

Russ Blair has twenty-five years experience creating and delivering custom software and infrastructure solutions to a broad array of businesses. The most recent of which is a custom client server core business application for an independent insurance adjusting company which is currently being deployed internationally.

Russ has independently owned and operated a computer consulting business for most of his career. He has managed projects, budgets, and people and has successfully delivered more than 75 projects.

Russ has several industry certifications and his company has been a Microsoft Certified Partner since 1996.
