Q: Why am I unable to sign in?
A: This site requires that your browser be set to allow cookies. A cookie is a very small text
file placed on your hard drive by a Web Page server. It is essentially your identification card,
and cannot be executed as code or deliver viruses. It is uniquely yours and can only be read
by the server that gave it to you. A cookie's purpose is to tell the server that you returned
to that Web page.
Q: Why do my Daily eMsgs not contain graphics?
A: Daily eMsgs are in HTML format. You will require an email client capable of
supporting this format. Outlook 97 does NOT support HTML formatted email.
Q: Why don't the menus drop down?
A: This behaviour is expected if you are using a Netscape 6.x browser. We have created static
menu pages for Netscape 6.x users to allow for basic navigation. This site was designed for Internet
Explorer 5.5 or greater and we currently do NOT plan to fully support the Netscape 6.x browsers.
